The location of the hotel is fantastic. Staying in a historic setting with beautiful gardens made the atmosphere truly special. The complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, giving us extra space to relax. The hotel’s architecture blends charm with history, making it unique compared to modern high-rises. Breakfast impressed with a variety of high-quality options, including fresh juices and a selection of international dishes, though the dim sum could've been better. I appreciated the attentive service from some staff members, especially the housekeeper whose attention to detail shone through. On the downside, navigating between buildings became a hassle. needing to go to different sections to access amenities or coffee was inconvenient. The internet didn’t work consistently, which hindered work tasks, and the language barrier at the reception added frustration, making communication challenging at times.

The stunning gardens and decoration immediately caught our eyes. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with high-quality food, which made mornings delightful. The location was perfect, as we could easily stroll to nearby shops and eateries. Our child loved exploring the beautiful surroundings.
In my wife’s opinion, the air conditioning could be better. It would be great if they provided more family-friendly activities.
